These hand held notes aim to facilitate the care of mothers with diabetes in pregnancy, in line with the Perinatal Institute’s well established antenatal, birth and postnatal notes.

The aim is to standardise and improve care by developing better communication and record of the care received. The notes will provide relevant, accessible information to women with diabetes in pregnancy.
