Birth Notes (IPERI 11) Package - Version 21.2 - Costs applicable to NHS trusts only
Price per pack of 50 sets of notes = £65 (£1.30/set).
Please note there will be a delivery charge of £5.00 for orders less than £75.00
Birth Notes are supplied in packs of 50 booklets.
For every 200 booklets you will be supplied with the following complimentary items:
1 roll of 200 V.E. stickers IPERI – 17
